Beach beach/hotel in Aruba?

Hello,

I am going to Aruba October 20-25 of this year and want to know the best hotel to stay at for the beach?

Any of the Highrise hotels are located on the beach, i.e. The Raddison, Hotel Riu (brand new), Hyatt, etc. Almost all of these hotels offer All-inclusive options which often cost around $200 more a night than getting just the room. I think All-inclusive is a waste because there are about 30 restaurants located on the same strip as the hotels, and you can walk to all of them, not to mention all the restaurants in the hotels themselves. If you get all inclusive you are restricted to the restaurants in the hotel you're staying in. One of the best places to go is Amazonia (steak) and Benihana (hibachi). the beaches at these hotels are typical tourist beaches, nice white sand, little bars all over the place, etc.
The Holiday Inn is also located right on the same strip, and is right next to a great outdoor bar called Moomba Beach.
If you want to stay somewhere with a little rougher water, most of the low-rises are on a stretch of beach called Eagle Beach and the water here is a little wavier. Some nice hotels are Costa Linda, Divi Village and the Tamarijn.
You really can't go wrong though, when you go to Aruba, it's so tourist oriented you'll have a good time no matter where you stay!

I like the Radisson Aruba Resort and Casino located on Palm beach. Good food, nice beach, casino and reasonable.

here is a link to reviews and some candid photos and videos.

Have a great vacation. Don't forget the camera, beautiful sunset photos)

There are several great resorts. I owe timeshare and I trade my week often to rent it to others. Contact me if you are interested. My rates are always lower than a hotel!

Went to Arube for my Honeymoon a few years back, great trip.
Some say that the tradewinds (a constant 15-20mph breeze is a bad thing)
Honestly it keeps you cool in the 90+ degree weather and makes every day feel perfect.
What a beautiful island.
We stayed at the Windham and did the all inclusive option. All you can eat, all you can drink all day and night long.
They have this great restaurant option at night where they set you up on the beach and you eat on the beach and get to watch the sunset, breathtaking!
Enjoy the trip and check out the Windham!

TINKERTOY ..... the 1 & only
I have been to Aruba twice and the first trip we stayed at the Marriott Stellaris Resort and Casino which is at the very end of beach hotels on Palm Beach. Its a great beach front hotel and is close to other hotels and restaurants are within walking distance.

I do recommend the Marriott in Aruba; it’s a great hotel.
