my favorite is Barbados---- I've been to Aruba, ST Thomas, ST Maarten, Antigua, grand cayman and barbados...
but most all carribean islands have great beaches-it's just a matter of finding them.

the locals are usually friendly- take a cab to the best beach- use your own discretion of course!

anytime is good...just be careful of hurricane season ...

7 Mile Beach in Grand Cayman

Best? Thats very hard to determine lol. But Antigua has 365 of them and they come in all shapes and sizes. They have nude beaches, they have those very frequented by locals, those frequented by tourists, or if you prefer those that are almost always empty,. U just go and ask for you preference!
