I think it depends on what kind of vacationer you are. Are you stay on the beach tanning, stay mostly at the hotel kind? Then you can do most of the above mentioned. And Barbados. If you like island tours, hiking, water sports, you can do some of the above- but look for hotels other than those your travel agency gives you, save money.- and Dominica, St. Lucia. Rivers, lakes, walk in volcanos, scuba diving, whale watching. |

if you really want to have fun and rest try St.vincent and the Grenadines, it's a little hidden paradise with black sand beaches, friendly people, there is something for everyone from hiking to just relaxing on the beach and the food is magnificent the main islan is st.vincent with a chain of islands know as the grenadines. give it a try. the exchange rate is US 1 to 2.67 EC. |

If you want a beach destination where you can just relax, get massage on the beach, hang out and not do much I recommend Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. DR has reasonable resorts that are all-inclusive. (includes lodging, food, drink and entertainment)
Here is a link to all the resorts in Punta Cana, plus reviews and candid photos

If you are planning a trip this summer, best you go somewhere the hurricanes don't go. (hurricane season June 1 to Nov 30th)
Aruba would be my choice for you. Nice resorts, beautiful water, nice people and out of the hurricane path.Bucuti Beach Resort Aruba. Gorgeous beach. Here is a link to reviews and candid photos

How about Cuba? It's more affordable than most other islands. With 11 million people spread over the sea's biggest island, it offers everything from the high-end resort experience to el cheapo but decent. If you've been to Mexico, you may know some Spanish, which will help.
You're guaranteed good times: the best music in the Caribbean, great rum and beer, and fun-loving people. It has the best snorkeling and scuba at the west end (opposite Cancun on your map). Havana's architecture is simply awesome -- one butcher shop in the old city has been there for over 400 years. And in the east, I stayed below the highest point in the Sierra Maestra, in a sort of motel on the sea, for just $20 a day -- and that included all my meals and beer! |

St. Martin! Beautiful beaches, lots to do, good food, nice people, and of course perfect weather. And JetBlue flies there now so you can get flights cheaper than you used to. |

Because the Mexicans are taking over US. That's why. JK that was so mean. Anywhere in the Caribbean is awesome, so just go online somewhere, and find a nice spot, my husband and I spent our honeymoon in Bermuda, which is alot nicer than Caribbean in my opinion, but yea just google it. |
