TURKS AND CAICOS islands will have the prettiest beaches in the Caribbean! Although Turks and Caicos is more famous for it's diving - Their is a reef right off the coast with great snorkling. We went snorkling over and over on our vacation there & saw everything from sharks to huge turtles to exotic fish to amazing corals! The beaches have no shells - the sand is just pure powder!!
They have casinos, shopping, and tons to do if you stay at a resort to keep you from ever getting bored!
It's just amazing there!! |

Since I love all things about the Caribbean and have been to numerous islands I will point out the best IMHO.
Amazing Beaches-
Grand Cayman. I feasted my eyes on the white sands of 7 Mile Beach and was breathless.
Jamaica. Falmouth and Negril. My first step into the soft powdery sand made me realize what I was missing
Shopping-
St. Thomas. Great shopping in Charlotte Amelie, so many choices, endless variety. Lots of liquor stores and jewelry stores.
Jamaica. The art work and wood carvings tell stories. The color pallette's are mesmerizing.
Puerto Rico. Downtown San Juan has a limitless amount of shops with everything you could ask for.
Snorkeling-
Bahamas. Blue Lagoon is like being on a movie set the water is crystal clear.
Grand Cayman. Thanks to the ships that have sunken and the amazing walls not only is the snorkeling incredible but so is the scuba.
Things to do-
Cayman Islands. From Rum Point to Stingray City to Hell there is plenty to do and see.
Jamaica. The things to do are endless you can travel to the South Coast and see the alligators at Black Safari then have a drink at the Pelican Bar. You can travel to Negril and cliff dive at Rick's Cafe then get a bite to eat at Cosmo's where the crab backs and purple rain drinks are incredible. You can spend the day in MoBay at Chukka Cove and take a horse into the water for a swim.
Falmouth. There is so much romance on the bamboo raft as it drifts down the Martha Brea and at night you can swim at the Luminous Lagoon and watch your entire body light up thanks to the glistening waters.
Ochos Rios. Shoppers paradise at the craft market and Taj Mahal, climb Dunn's Falls and be happy you made it to the top and dance the night away at Club Amnesia.
However, after visiting all different places Jamaica is by far my favorite as I found my soul there and my heart longs to be swept away with her warm touch. |

The small but beautiful island of St. Lucia :-D |

I've been all over the Caribbean, but the prettiest, is by far, St. Lucia. You have some development and shopping in the North, and natural lush beauty in the rest and at the most Northern tip. It is volcanic, with amazing hot sulphur springs, the amazing Pitons (mountain peaks to the south), and a variety of scuba diving, or snorkeling, zip lining through the rain forest in the center of the island, or sitting on white or black sand beaches. There are also a variety of resorts, the more fancy Sandals, or the breathtaking natural ones without a fourth wall so that it feels like you are literally sleeping outside.
Oprah named it as one of the top five places you must see before you die. I totally agree with her. |

I would suggest St. Thomas, There are many beautiful beaches but the one that stands out the most to me was Magens Bay, it was voted one of the top 5 beaches in the world by travel channel. They have great snorkeling all over the island, jeep tours, boat excursions, shopping, food, bars and the people are the friendliest I have ever encountered. While in St. Thomas, St. John's, Tortolla and St. Criox are all a short boat ride away and they have plenty more to do.
If you do plan a vacation to St. Thomas then be sure to visit Mountain Top, it has one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. |

If you want AMAZING beaches you have to go to St John USVI.
39 pristine beaches to snorkel, swim, dive or just hang out on. Decent shopping, fun bars, yummy restaurants to enjoy. Since it's two thirds National Park, lot of places to hike and explore.)
Check it out.....
Enjoy) |

St. John
............less crowded then St. Thomas and you can take a ferry to St. Thomas, as well as Tortola, B.V.I. and a bunch of other surrounding islands if you want to visit those. Thus St. John is the best place to "set up camp" and then you can move around from island to island as you choose. |

Trinidad and Tobago for sure.
Tobago for the beaches and snorkling/diving, etc and nature - birdwatching, visiting the reef, nylon pool. spend the day at no mans land.
Trinidad for night life and shopping, visit d pitch lake, volcano, hike up the northern range. go down d islands, go to the beach.
and lets not talk food! any and everything can be found here. |

For beautiful white sand beaches, a lovely town, good snorkeling and diving as well as some interesting attractions, I would have to say Grand Cayman Island.
For the most authentic Caribbean experience, I would say Dominica (not to be confused with Dominican Republic). It has the last population of Carrib Indians, has hotsprings, champagne beaches, great diving and LOOKS like a tropical island including the big volcano and the waterfalls. |

Highly Favoured

You will never be bored here because we have a lot to offer.
Barbados has some of the most beautiful beaches you will find in the Caribbean. There are also public beaches. The Crane beach is one of the longest in the world.
We have many water-sports operators that will be willing to take you snorkeling.
Check out the sites below for more information. |
