I've been on two cruises and my favorite was the Princess cruise. Very nice and went to many more exciting places than the Carnival cruise. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun and I would do it again any time! |

But why is the rum always gone?

I suggest Carnival, and the western Caribbean. Their cruise from Tampa through Grand Cayman, Cozumel and New Orleans was fantastic, though it is likely not available. The western Caribbean is nice because it is not as busy and hectic as the Eastern Caribbean. The time on boat was wonderful and there was a wide variety of shore excursions to choose. My wife and I loved it (we were 30 and 28 at the time). |

It kind of depends on budget. But, if you are looking for a younger crowd, I think that Carnival or Royal Caribbean would be your best options. In my experience, the more expensive a cruise line, the older the average age onboard. |

It really depends what your budget it and what you want to be surrounded by. Carnival is the cheapest, and it attracts a class of people who can't afford alot. It also shows in the food & service. Royal Caribbean is more expensive, but it's worth it for the peace & quiet - it's a higher class of people and the service and food are better than the lower end cruise lines.
I'd steer clear of any of the 2-4 days turn around trips out of the LA area - they are traditionally party boats loaded with barely 21ers.
Celebrity is a good cruise line that's probably on par with RC, or even a step up, and they are very adventure and fun oriented. But more clean fun, not Carnival getting drunk and puking fun. They have HUGE ships with tons of stuff to do. Especially for people in your age range. : ) |

Carnival by far. It's cheap. $1500 a person and less depending on where you are going.
Royal Carribbean is more expensive. |
