WE DID SOME IMIGRATION PAPER FOR MY WIFE AS A FIANCEE WHEN SHE CAME TO UNITED STATES, TILL THIS MOMENT SHE HAVENT GOTTEN HER RESIDENCE OR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER , THE ONLY THING THAT SHE HAS IS HER PASSPORT AND THE VISA THAT STILL GOOD. Between NJ (an USA state) and PR (an USA territory) your wife can travel via a domestic flght, just need a valid ID with photo (she can use her passport for that or just a NJ driving license.
Also tell her to bring her VISA (the credit card) !!!

If you could go anywhere in the USA and you could also go to the territories of the USA including Pueto Rico. Puerto Rico is a Commonwelth and it is part of the USA.

She can travel freely within the U.S. Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory, so flying there is the same as flying within the U.S. All she needs is a photo i.d. and her passport will work for that.
