US citizens have always been able to visit Cuba - but it means in effect breaking US law. Nothing has changed for the average person.
Those with relatives in Cuba (up to three generations) can now visit without restriction. |

Americans of Cuban descent can now visit relatives in Cuba. Restrictions remain in place for everyone else. |

AmeriKans with CUBAN RELATIVES can visit cuba legally not. Otherwise, AmeriKans can NOT visit Cuba legally.... But that doesn't mean they can't go.. just that they can't go legally.
I've been to Cuba 3 TIMES in the past 10 YEARS, so I can tell you for a fact that AmeriKans CAN go to Cuba... just not directly |
