Calls are $2.29 per minute. Text messages are $.60 per message, incoming and outgoing.

My dear its hit or miss. I wouldn't recommend it. I'm sure its probably possible but its also a waste of time. Just use a phone and call. Send an e-mail or instant message. I can't send a text to my sister in the next room and be sure that she gets it, much less across the sea.
