I went to La Pineda in Spain for mine but it doesn't matter where you go it's who you're with that counts!

Yes, Barbados. Happy people, happy island, great food, scenery, fabulous beaches - look it up on their tourist info site.

Kenya. You get to go on a safari and beach holiday. South Africa is also good. Or Bali.

I highly recommend Barbados! The beaches are fabulous, the food, some of them, are different to the taste, even food that we don't have elsehwere i.e. flying fish.

Try Sandy Lane - it is a small luxury vacation resort located on the western coast of the island OR Fairmont Royal Pavilion.

Trust me, you'll have a good time if you choose Barbados - it's enough to take your breaths - in good way. ;)

For dining, I can recommend The Coach House as one of the places, the food is, ahh, so edible. :)

Would that be with or without the wife ?

Sandals all-inclusive resorts, they have hotels all over the Caribbean.

Call I 800-sandals and they will send you a video of their hotels...tell them you are interested in going there for your honeymoon, and they will tell you all their honeymoon extras.
A good travel agent should be able to give you a choice of other places, with specials not advertised.

If you have never been to Mexico, you have to be very careful what area you visit. I would not recommend it, unless you visit on a cruise ship. My husband and I became very ill when we went there, and we tried not to drink the water.

Enjoy your honeymoon !

Why not go everywhere in the beautiful, warm Virgin Islands...visit each one on your own private yacht...cost the same as a hotel, but you have a private chef and tour guide. Call it a floating villa....fabulous and very popular HOneymoon plan.

Do not make the place as a issue. It is more important the person who you are with.
Good, truely loved couple always make beautiful and memorable honeymoon.
But be close to the nature as much as possible.

I had my HM in Sri Lanka
