OK to all you dumb*sses that said it is considered International b/c fed-ex charges you international, Yes FedEx might charge you international. But the question asked about STAMPS which is obviously the USPS (the US postal service) So to answer the question correctly Yes PR is a US territory & the US postal service does ship to PR & you can use stamps for very lightweight packages otherwise you need to bring it to a post office to get weighed. I use USPS to send packages from Philly to Puerto Rico ALL the time. No international rates.

You really need to take it to the post office to be weighed and they will tell you the correct postage. Louis is mistaken. Shipping to Puerto Rico is NOT international...Puerto Rico IS part of the U.S., the people are American citiizens, and the United States post Office does deliver the mail there.

You can use stamps but I think the rule is that anything over two pounds cannot be put in a drop box. It has to be presented to a clerk at the post office.

USPS web site will calculate the rate.

Sure:
* Post Cards
* Letters
* CD's
* Parcels.

Go to your local USPS office with the "something", the address and the money for the stamps. They will even sell you the box and tape if you need.

Shipping to PR is considered International to freight services from US.
Puerto Rico is a latin american spanish speaking nation with a compact of association with the US.
Those who say shipping to PR is like shipping to US do not know what they are talking about. (See reference below)

If you are using a shipping delivery service, you need to check for international rates since Puerto Rico is a country that is freely associated to the US but not part of the US.

yes its a us territory...

Probably not a car, but smaller pkgs. It IS part of the U.S. and the USPS delivers there.
