Yes, you may use your Chinese passport but you will also require a visa to enter the Puerto Rico since it is a U.S. Commonwealth. Please apply as early as possible as visa application fees will be going up by $31 in January 2008.

If you can use it to the United States, then you can use it to Puerto Rico. You might need to have a visa first, depending on the purpose of your travel to P.R. Maybe see if you can locate a Chinese consulate there and ask them for details, if you need to.

Yes, to travel to PR you need to use your passport, the same way you use it to go to NY or California. It is a valid passport, right?

shinningstarofthecarribean
