Can my friend sleep in my hotel room in Jamaica?

My parents booked 2 rooms for me and my sister and brother for Jamaica this winter. My friend wants to come too but it's too late to include her in the reservation because my parents already paid for the tickets. It's way too expensive for my friend to buy her own room. I found out that it's really cheap if she just gets a flight but rooms with us. Is this legal? She will be buying food from the hotel and stuff. Can she sleep in our room though?

It depends on the hotel. Some of them do not allow guests in the rooms and some don't bother as long as the room is paid for. Obviously more water and electricity would be using and no one likes to use. Some hotels charges for more people in the room and then it is the insurance. If anything happens they are not liable.

Are both the rooms double? If they are it should not be a problem, Just be careful.

Room rates are usually based on double occupancy and often the rate is the same for one person as it is for two. If there are two of you for each room, it shouldn't be a problem. At worst they might charge a small fee for an extra person, but usually that's only if there are more than two people per room. Did your parents pay the same price for both rooms? If they did, it should be okay.

Just sneak her in lol i always do that w/ my family...we get a 2 bed room and we all can fit like 10 of us w/out saying anything. But then again that's here in C.A. or Vegas, so I don't know how strict or secured they are in Jamaica

you'll be fine...they arent that strict, especially during the Winter time when alot of tourists are around, they wont know unless you tell them...have a great time!

Yes you can. Jamaicans are easy going people so even if she slept in the room probably none of the workers at the hotel would know. That's the least of your worries just go enjoy Jamaica.
