Your probation officer would have to be sure that you will not violate ur parole or whatever it is that ur on by going abroad, He/she would be the best person to find all this out from. |

It all depends on you probation. You should talk to your Probation officer if you are not sure. You may have a stipulation to your condition of release that prohit you from travel outside of a geographical area.
And i would be you will need to do drug tests before and after a trip.
There is nothing about your probation that should come up at the airport or in costums though. |

More than likely no, probation usually prohibits leaving your county unless written permission is granted by the probabtion officer.
But they can always take a chance and go, the only way they will get in trouble is if they are arrested for some reason while out of the area. |

not sure where you are from but I work for the Department of Corrections in WI. All you have to do in this state is clear it with your PO. As long as they know and give you permission - you or "your friend" should be free to go. |

I asked my boyfriend who just moved here from Jamaica and he said you can come because your not a citizen and they could care less. If you are moving their maybe? All they are dping is stamping your passport they would have no idea about your record. |
