From USA to PR it is a domestic flight, so until Homeland Security change the rules US citizens do not require passport to come here and return to the states. To be sure contact the Homeland Security or your airline company. |

If you are in the US and are a citizen no passport is needed just a Vaild State Photo ID/Drivers Lic n keep other docs handy just in case: Soc Security Card, Voters ID, Birth Certificate. Better to be well prepared than not at all :) |

you dont need a passport because puerto rico is a u.s. territory.
all you need is a u.s. issued photo i.d. i havent been there since before 9-11, but i didnt need a passport at all. things could have changed since then but i doubt it. all you need is the u.s. photo i.d. |

are You a US citizen? Yes just a Valid State Id is needed.
A Resident needs their LPR Card and a State ID.
Any body else needs a Passport with a US tourist Visa. |
