Check out the Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar in Puerto Rico. No passport required for US citizens & plenty to do on the island! There is a tropical rainforest called 'El Yunque' to go see & so much more!! PLus this hotel has a private beach & a great pool w/ a poolside bar & plenty of onsite restaurants. Also there is a bar area that plays live salsa music every night! Fun! Check it out!

Hi there!

Well your kids are over 13 so I would have suggested to stay at a hotel where they offer kids free programs but outside of that some hotels that I can suggest would be

Jamaica
Gran Bahia Principe
New resort - If you book here read up on recent reviews as they are up and down because it's new, but I had no problem

Puerto Plata
Breezes
They have a mini disco for the kids, activities are awesome, Football, rock climbing wall, Trapeze etc

and some quick others that come to mind are the Melia in Puerto Vallarta, Tryp in Varadero, or RIU hotels in Cancun / Playa del Carmen.

=)

Try any of the Beaches Resorts. They are geared for families and if they're anything like their couples resorts, Sandals, You will have a great time.

Happy Feet
yes there a lot of good resorts, for example Grand Ventana
of Puerto Plata for more info just ask your tour operator or
