Carribean men?

last night, this carribbean man asked me for my phone number-i gave it to him because i was too shy to say no-he gave me his too. he is really good looking and a real charmer, but he is 37 and i am 19-is this typical of carribean men? i am just sort of confused.

good looking + charmer = player

Caribbean men are an amusing breed, some are really nice don't get me wrong, but most are pretty childish, live with their parents until there 40, owns all the best shoes and car but know nothing about being mature, its all about who they can have sex with and who they can control.

Yes most men everywhere prefer younger women but Please be careful! I you don't feel OK about giving someone personal information then DON'T!! You should feel comfortable and confident!

Caribbean Men are super special, they will do all most every thing for a woman including washing their under cloth, cook name it they are the best also their **** is bigger that other men in the world.

The Caribbean is a region of over 7000 Islands (many of them inhabited) with different cultures, customs, ethnic groups and languages.
Why the hell would you except that all the men in that region are the same?

yes, once they are not exclusive to one person, they play that field girl!! they are constantly scoping out the "goods"......

I live in Puerto Rico and believe it or not, 16 year olds are allowed to marry men older than them. My best friend in High school was married to a 32 year old and she was 17!

Here it is more socially accepted but it is still shunned. However most parents are ok with it just as long as the person is wealthy or economically responsible.

I suggest that if your comfortable, go ahead. Just because there is a big age difference doesn't mean that you have to deprive yourself from taking an opportunity.

P.S.
Latin men tend to be more courteous to women that U.S males. This has to do mostly with the upbringing.

No it's not typical, you could have refused. It's not only Caribbean men, but all men in general will try to get a girl number, it's up to the individual if they want to give it out or not. To us in the islands, age is just a number; however if you demand respect you'll get it. You appear otherwise, be prepared to be treated the same...just remember it's not Caribbean alone

yes. Island men tend to go for younger women. Well some, not all. You should talk to him and see what he is about, if you want. Then again, he may have a secret life (married with kids, and other women on the side. This applies to all men, not just the Island men). Do be careful.

curious!
men are men any where in the world sweetie! In your country In mine anywhere! If you're confused about this at 19 then don't call him cause a call don't mean you'll marry him - but then if a 37 year old can attract you well

alicia s
very typical....

susan h
players!

madeinczech
It's very typical.

I'll be brutually honest with you, there are a lot of men that are players, but a lot that are not. Within time, you can tell.

When I was in Barbados, I had a guy saying to me on the minibus that I was sweet, something about getting to know me, yet he only had just met me. But I was, of course, headstrong. And in a shoe store, there was this guy who out of the blue said he likes me, and wanted me to come to his house. It already points out that those guys are not worthy.

Please be careful - just don't give in.
