I live in Trinidad! don't know if you ever heard about here! Its in the Caribbean! The crime situation is very bad!I mean over 350 murders a year and not one solved and the population is only 1.5...
I'm going there in July and I want to know what there is to do there, and what kind of places you recommend. It's my first time going to Jamaica and im SUPER excited, except I'm not so ...
Also wondering if anyone has stayed at the Sandal's resort there? I love to snorkle...how is the snorkling there? We are going in June, how is the weather?...
Looking for a winter getaway all-inclusive package for my girlfriend and myself and trying to find something wonderful but perhaps less $$$ than the usual suspects (Cuba, D.R., Jamaica). Any hidden gems out there for less money than the norm? Also, what's the best website to book this through (we live in Canada)?
Royal Decameron Club in Montego Bay Jamaica is a wonderful resort and not too pricey.
I personally do not like the Club Meds, a bit to Kumbaya for me.
Also in Negril Jamaica there are some wonderful all-inclusives that are friendly on the wallet. Legends, Samsara and Merrills.
I suggest going to bookit.com to get prices. They have the best rates I've found.

Hey there!
So funny thing, my boyfriend and I are planning to go on vacation this winter somewhere in the caribbean for my birthday but we wanted to go really cheap since he's paying. I have been looking up packages and I found several REALLY cheap ones on selloffvacations.com. We're actually about to book one in Cuba for December. The total with taxes comes to $992.00 for BOTH of us. I'm not too sure, but the hotel didn't get terrible reviews. Anyway, if you want to spend a little more you can go to mexico, dominican, etc but just click "under 1000" and you'll get other options. We live in Ottawa and the most flights seem to be heading out of toronto. Anyway, sorry about the crappy spelling and punctuation- it's 5:30am and I should really be sleeping. BEST of LUCK!

Book through expedia Canada website (www.expedia.ca).
Club Med's are all inclusive hotels with pretty good rates & are all-inclusive. My favorite's been the one in Turks and Caicos.
Costa Rica has some all-inclusive resorts at pretty good rates also.

Try Central America. It is still Caribbean and has so much to offer. http://www.govisitcostarica.com/category/hotels/allInclusiveResorts.asp

Highly Favoured
You will definitely get a good vacation but not a cheap one if you are looking for an all-inclusive. If you choose that, whether or not you eat in the hotel it is already paid for (everything is included).
If you want a more reasonable one it is best to just chose a more reasonable hotel or guest house/inn and buy the food outside.
If you still prefer an all-inclusive then Barbados is the right place for you. You can choose one of the more famous Almond Resorts. Check out the sites below for that and others.

Try Belize. If you go for the Season (X-Mass) you can have a unforgetable Vacation on Caye Caulker in Belize.
Book a flight to Cancun (Mx) and take a Bus to Chetumal / Corozal.
From there with the Watertaxi to San Pedro and further to Caye Caulker. Thats more fun as a International Flight to Belize City.
