Clothing Optional/Nude Beaches in Caribbean?

You could go to Orient Beach on St. Martin or the Sorobon Beach Resort on Bonaire. Orient Beach is clothing-optional and the Sorobon Beach Resort is a nudist resort. Neither is wild like the Hedonism resorts. My girlfriend and I went to the Sorobon resort last June and it was very quiet and peaceful. It's on Lac Bay, a very shallow bay where you can go out hundreds of yards and still be able to stand on the bottom with your head above the water. It's very calm and good for kayaking, snorkeling, or windsurfing. There are also a couple of nude resorts in the Cancun area, but they might be a little wild for your tastes.

By the way, you don't necessarily have to stay at Sorobon. You can get a day pass that will allow you to enjoy the beach and facilities. They have snorkeling gear for rent too. We stayed at Happy Holiday Homes (funny name but nice and reasonably priced) and got a day pass.

Try hedonism in Jamaica. They have several resorts that have a nude beach.

The beach in Negril Jamaica has many place where woman are topless.

In Jamaica nude beaches are usually privately owned and usually at a hotel. Another option to Hedonism is Grand Lido Braco (close to Montego Bay).

Hedo 2 and 3 aren't as crazy as the are rumored to be, and trust me once you get your clothes off you won't want to put them back on.

We were afraid they'd be some sort of orgy drunk fest, but far from it. Even though alcohol and food are free, and tipping is prohibited, we met a lot of really nice people there. If you are a prude and hate nudity don't go, but it sounds like you're just right for the demographic of most people there.

Hedo 3 has the quad, which is clothing optional, which Hedo 2 doesn't have. Hedo 2 has a much bigger nude area, and a much nicer beach than 3. Hedo 3 is smaller and newer.

And if you are into nightclubs, they have a pretty much anything goes nightclub at both of them.

If you go to Jamaica, avoid the Kingston airport if you can. Montego Bay has a nice modern airport. Kingston doesn't have jetways or air conditioning.

Another vote for Sorobon on Bonaire. It appears to be what you are looking for.

Orient Beach on St. Martin is a great beach. Lots of fun restaurants and bars, but not a kid party zone. There are many resorts and hotels to choose from. Most of the restaurants have excellent food. Much better than most Caribbean destinations.

The main nude beach is at one end of the long Orient Beach. Club Orient is an entirely clothing optional resort there. Its beach is public and you can rent chairs and an umbrella if you want. You can stay at other hotels on the beach and walk up to the nude end.

There are some all-inclusives in Jamaica that have clothing optional beaches (not just hedo). These tend to be an older crowd, though.
