Tropicales
Mexico is nice but Cuba is by far the best, hands down. For one thing, the waters in Cuba are crystal clear turquoise with powdery white sand. The weather is just amazing. And Cuba is by far the safest island in the Caribbean (and is safer than Mexico).
But most of all, it is the Cuban friends you will make who themselves will make your vacation awesome. There is something beautiful and infectious about their zest for life no matter what comes their way. They are hardworking, generous and hospitable people who genuinely care about you, just because.
There is a different atmosphere in Cuba than in Mexico. Don't misunderstand me though....Mexico is beautiful. I've been there and have friends there for many years...and one area I loved is Ixtapa...however, Cuba is one place I cannot stop returning to...and actually most people who go to Cuba always find themselves going back again and again.

I hope you can go visit Cuba...you will know what I mean. Check out the sites below and see what catches your eye. There is so much to see in Cuba...beautiful architectural history, both old and new...ecological tours, gorgeous clean beaches with water like you've never seen before. Really and truly, there aren't many places with clean and clear water like that....the variety of food is excellent and fresh.

But if you choose to go to Cuba, make sure that you book a resort that is no less than a 4* to ensure quality of service, accomodation, food, etc...Sol Meliá is the most popular and excellent chain throughout Cuba (and in other countries) and Iberostar hotels are excellent too.

Have a wonderful trip wherever you choose.
