iv just been and back from the Caribbean montego bay Jamaica, and unless it was included in with the price of my holiday which i didn't know about then my answer to you is no.all i had to do was fill a immigration form in. and declair what medication i was taking through, that goes for there and back,i flew with first choice airlines, and i must say it was pure gold comfort

jalady
Used to have to pay.
No longer.

Sherona B
These should already have been paid for in your ticket so no.

Some companies include it in the price but normally it out bound that you have to pay and its £10 per person or $1000 jamaican which is cheaper than a tenner . so depends on whom you fly with ok and what your holiday is .

mel p
last time i went it had been stopped - included in the price of the ticket i'm sure. but on some of the other islands its still in place

Yes you have to pay, the same way as for the Dominican Republic.
