I don't think you need a visa to enter Trinidad and Tobago if you belong to the EU, and I think you fall under one of the member state.
Immigration Regulations has agreed to grant Visa Exemptions to citizens of the under-mentioned countries for visits of up to one (1) month, Romania falls under one of those countries.
