Your dad is from Puerto Rico and you dont know the language spoken there is Spanish??? WOW

Mi$$ EMiLY BABY (PRiNCESS)
No one there speaks Italian. There are barely any Italians there. Everyone knows Spanish, that's their official language. Mostly everyone knows English, but not all.

We speak Spanish since we were a colony of Spain. In 1898 we started to be part of USA after the Spanish-American war. Spanish has the dominant language here even when English was declared as our 2nd official language, but is not the main one, here are people who doesn't speak English at all. Why don't you ask your dad? If he'd born here he should know.

The official languages of Puerto Rico are Spanish and English. Italian is not widely spoken here, various universities have courses on italian language, but other than that I never have heard anyone speaking italian here out of a language class, or by tourists visiting the island. Maybe from the owner of an italian restaurant.
