Yes, I have several at home, world maps,books, maps of different continents. Every time I visit new place I always buy a map beforehand and when I arrive to that new place I may buy a real local map as well. |

Yes. Maps show many places where you can travel to. They also show what other countries & islands are out there besides the usual ones that most people know. Kind of like looking at a map about space and seeing all those other planets, stars and solar systems that are out there besides ours. I think they can be very interesting, especially the "date-line". How would you like to leave on a Tuesday to someplace and it is still Monday when you get to your destination - WOW - you just gained an extra day in your life!! That depends, of course, on which direction you're traveling in, because if you go clockwise, you will have lost a day! |
