Ask at your local GP`s surgery. They will have the latest info from the WHO and will order and administer the necessary vaccines.

No although some do get them. it's up to you. I've never bothered but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a good idea.

You don't have to have your injections to go to Cuba but it is recommended that you do for your own safety, you can have Hep A, Typhoid and if you haven't had a tetanus jab in the last 10 years they recommend you have one of those too, you just make an appointment with the practise nurse at your GP's surgery 6 weeks prior to going to Cuba and she will do them all for you completely free, you need to go back and have the second part of your typhoid jab six months after the first one.

Not necessarily for Cuba. I personally have never taken any vaccinations and never got sick there. And I know many others who travel to Cuba without taking any injections and didn't get sick either. I would advise you to drink bottled water even though many say the water is generally safe to drink in Cuba. You will avoid hepatitis A by being careful with what you drink and eat.
But vaccinations are a personal choice and one should do what they feel comfortable with.
Have a great trip!
PS: I've attached a link specifically for Cuba travel and it says you don't need vaccinations.

ive just come back from cuba and consulted the doc before i went, as long as your tetenus is up to date you needed worry but best ring the nurse to check.

yes see your GP or practise nurse who will arrange this for you and make sure 6-8 weeks before you travel do not make it too late and they will last you for 10 years have a good trip and enjoy salsa and singing
