Well I don't know u sir and don't know exactly what u're expecting from a shop like that. Will u open it on our Anguillan Island??
If yes, I think u should consider many details like the location, the opening times etc... I recommend u to open it in a touristic area. Tourists adore fish'n chips but I think they prefer crispy crab (as in Sponge Bob)...
The "Galalula" street is the best site in my opinion. It's loaded with tourists.

Nah...fish and chips are the usual food here...something exotic like falafel or shawarma or ma7shi will make better profit |

Probably.
A lot more people eat fish and chips.
Potatoes are not expensive, you can re-use the oil and your overhead will be a lot lower.
fish, chips, salt, tartar sauce, vinegar, paper plates, plastic utensils and napkins.
Cheap and plentiful. |
