Yes they do, but in order to ship something to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii it must be next day or 2 day air. No UPS ground shipping is available. Secondly, you may want to check if a special form is needed with a commercial air bill, otherwise your package will be returned to you and it will become a waste of money.
