The Best Museums are the Museo de Ponce, on the south coast of P. R, and Museo de Artes de P. R. in Santurce, San Juan.
Both have excellent paints and sculptures.

There is the Museum of the Americas in Old San Juan,
The Museo de Arte in Santurce (10 min. from San Juan and 3 minutes from my home)

The Museo de los Ninos or Childrens Museum in San Juan
The Art Gallery in the University of Puerto Rico
Museum of Puertorrican Art in Sagrado Corazon University (Sacred Heart University.
In many of the bigger towns, the old City Halls are turned into museums and new city halls are built. Bayamon is an example of this.
There is also the Ateneo Puertorriqueno or the Puertorrican Atheneum in Old San Juan and of course many of the old homes of famouse politicals, poets, writers and singers are open to the public as museums.

Parque de Las Ciencias Luis A. FerrÃ© If you're looking for something both fun and educational, you might try the Luis A. FerrÃ© Science Park. The park spans a massive 42 acres and it has museums, playgrounds, a zoo and an observation deck.
