honey, tabanca music does only make you feel worse. ah know yuh dont really wanna see anybody right now, all yuh want to do is siddong home and cry, and eat icecream and other comfort foods, but dat ent go work eh! try to do something that yuh enjoy. go running, stay busy - visit your family, do something for you - get ah mani, pedi, facial, hell get the whole works done. go out with your girl friends, anything that would keep you out the house moping.

if yuh must listen to music try something upbeat - soca, dance music, latin or even ole time calypso: sparrow, nelson, terror dem kinda thing.

most of all take care of yourself. ah know you ent have no appetite but yuh have to eat!!! and preferable twice for d day. and try and get some sleep please!

Any conscious music will make it worst - thats my advice! Girl forget about him and review the relationship - how many times have he made you happy versus angry? Perk yourself up and head out again, do a mani or a pedi, buy an outfit , hang out with some girlfriends (let them bash men if you want too) Just don't hang around home and eat ice cream and cookies.

You'll get over it sooner than you think, and when u do remember I told u so

those songs won't make you feel any better. just go out w/your friends, have some drinks. think about the positive things going on in your life right now. maybe that break was long overdue and you need that person out of your life so the right one can come in.
