Sorry I did meet a Cliff when I was in St.Elizabeth,but I couldn't say if he is the same.maybe you could keep posting and Someone might eventually know him......I tried to find a couple of friends when I was there too..everyone has cell phones and there didn't seem to be a phone book that could assist me.it all goes by word of mouth,everyone knows generally someone,a family name etc.time ran out for me.but I know I would have found her if there was more time..next time for sure.I never thought about the post office lol |

I don't know your friend, but I do know some Clarkes in Treasure Beach & Billys Bay. There is just the one post office there so try writing him a note. It will probably find him or his relatives.
