Does the weather in Jamaica change alot throughout a day? |
for example, if the forecast for a day in jamaica was rain, does it rain the whole day? or will it change quickly? I know that when i went to a carribean island, it would pour for an hour, and then be so sunny and beautiful... |

We were in Jamaica Feb 7th to March 7th and it only rained twice during our whole stay. The rain did not last very long either next thing you know the sun is out shinning again . The evenings to do get a little chilly (I needed a long sleeve shirt) but other then that the weather is beautiful |

6am-Very hot about 95 degrees
10am- stay inside because its too hot and your skin bubbles.
12 mid day- Skin bubbles
3pm- Still about 95 to 100
5pm very hot about 85
6pm- Sundown and still really hot about 77, drinking lots of water.
7pm-Its dark and hot and sticky, take cold showers. Hot sticky night, you toss and turn and can hardly sleep unless the fan/air con is on. |

im just back & the rain followed me from Kingston to negril, just a shower once a day, still had time to relax in the sun, however from Kingston to Portland & back round it poured every day, steaming hot...Essentials included vests, Havaianas & an umberella, |

the weather in jamaica is tricky it can rain and sun will shine at the same time .. its dont change quickly its mostly sunny... depends on the parish still cause rain fall nuff in Portland ... but the weather is unpredictable.... |

When it rains in Jamaica it's usually a quick shower. When you look at weather forecasts it looks like practically every day will be cloudy and rainy, but that's not the case. It's usually sunny for most of the day, with a chance of a rain shower passing through. It's a refreshing break from the afternoon sun. |

There are days I can remember when it rained all day but in general it would come down in buckets but in a couple of hours it would be as if it hadn't rained at all. |
