Cuba most definitely...the DR is beautiful but Cuba is different. Many have gone to the DR but will not return after being in Cuba.
The beaches in Cuba are clean, pristine and just simply gorgeous with clear, turquoise water and powder white sand.
But you will love the infectious zest for life from the Cubans as well...making friends for life with them will be the highlight of your time in Cuba and just 'makes' your vacation! |

If you mean the Dominican REPUBLIC... then it's a bit easier to get to the DR than to Cuba... but Cuba has some really nice beaches. |

i lived in the DR a few years ago and can assure you the Cuban beaches are much better all over the island also Cuba is much safer for tourists than the DR. |
