The laws DEFINATELY vary from one country to the next. Remember that the caribbean consists of more than twenty separate (soveriegn) countries. Some are geographically close but legally and politically unconnected.

It might be 18 in some, 16 in others, 21 or 14 in others.

The drinking age for most of the places in the Caribbean (99%) is 18. Every island is a little different depending on what country owns it and whomever owns the island that countries rules apply. But, like I mentioned almost all are 18. Keep in mind though this is very loose and isn't always enforced. Some allow 16 yr. olds to drink if there is an adult present. If you look of age it's usually never a problem to get a drink and if you give a nice tip you are assured anything you want even if you aren't quite of age.

The drinking age is 18 by law, but some islands are not that strict with this law so you would find people as young as 14 drinking.

It depends on where you are and if you are on a cruise ship or on land.

Best to check with a travel agency or see if those laws are online for the individual countries.
