If you haven't been to Trinidad, then do so. It has some beautiful beaches, great food, cheap shopping and many sites to see. it is the only island in that has a asphalt (pitch lake), it is just bubbling up from the ground, this is the material that they use to pave roads etc. and there are nice waterfalls up north, get a tour guide and you will see the beauty of these two islands!! |

Have been to Aruba, St. Thomas, St. Maarten, St. Croiux, Nassua, Jamaica, Antigua. Probably liked St. Maarten and Aruba the best. St. Maarten is so beautiful as is Aruba. Aruba is very small and therefore easy to get around on your own. The weather is usually always beautiful, the water and sand beautiful and the people friendly. |

Dominica(not the Dominican Republic)
because it is quite and peacefull rated as the #4 most peaceful place in the world
The most beautiful island in the caribbean only St Luica comes close but cant rival
So many places to hike and features to see like thet 2nd largest boiling lake in the world and only 1 in the western hemisphere.
Jus the Majestic mountains all around that touch teh clouds
The people who are genuinly friendly
And most of all the freedom....to go anywhere do anything |

I've been to Trinidad & Tobago (the Trinidad part) & Barbados, both are very beautiful but Barbados is my favourite, but because it's the one that keeps me coming back. My boyfriend and friends live there, also. So I'm not actually treated like a tourist. :) That island has soo much to offer! |

I've only been to St. Croix and Antigua, but I am going to the DR in september. Honestly loved them both. My dream is to one day buy a house and retire somewhere in that Blue Heaven. |

Favorite: Grand Cayman. It was simply a gorgeous place.
I've been to Ocho Rios in Jamaica, Labadee in Haiti, and Cozumel in Mexico. |

Hands down Eleuthera for a laid back lifestyle. Rent a house and most likely will have a beach all to yourself. Very little to do but the water is gorgeous and the people super friendly. I'd compare the people to those of Tahiti and they are fabulous. St Lucia is wacko, i wouldn't drive narrow roads and the people act miserable with 50% unemployment. Jump up parties at night that with outdoor noise keep you up all night long. Water is wonderful in the Bahamas and not as hot as further south down into the west indies. Air temp further south gets too hot for me. Jamaica is too crime ridden. Mexico is over run with tourists and the diving is getting worse as the fish population declines. Turks and Caicos is very expensive but beautiful. |

The Bahamas!. Technicallt its not Caribbean because geographically its in the Atlantic ocean and not the Caribbean sea but close enough. Its nice and small on every island (except nassau) its small enough to know just about everyone. Its like everyone is you neighbour! Also so much to offer from the different islands! Eleuthra - pinapples, Pink Sand Abaco - Fishing, boat racing, Nassau (New Providence) the night life Grand Bahama - relaxation, scenery. They all have beaches and other things too! It will take you a few trips to really see them all and experience them all. Then you'll want to come back and do it again! |
