If I understand you correctly, this is a three day trip and you'll only have a few hours in Nassau. There are so many lovely things to see in the capital within walking distance of the ship that I would concentrate on those. There are beautiful Colonial style buildings and there is a handicrafts market. If you want to go further afield, there is a local bus on which you can do a circular trip and go as far as you want for only $1. Just relax and soak in theatmosphere! You're going to love it.http://www.geographia.com/bahamas/bsnpin01.htm

Atlantis, Paradise Island has got maybe the best aquarium you'll ever lay eyes on.

The straw market downtown Nassau has lots of authentic souveniers and tons of knock-off purses.

first relax and enjoy

eat in the dinningroom the food is so much better.

hint have ice water with lemon with your meals and it will reduce the likely hood of feeling sick.

Nassau is nice but small, and the taxi (tour guides) are pushy.
