If you have been overseas before, why an all inclusive? All inclusives are nice for people that haven't experienced overseas because they are carefree in that you are shuttled to a resort and have nothing to worry about regarding food/drink/some activities. The down side is you are at some resort forced to eat and do what the resort wants you to do. You have no choice unless you leave the resort and then it's like double paying because you already paid at the resort once. If you do your research, you should be able to find a nice place for less and then enjoy the local cuisine and have a nicer time. Regardless of what, enjoy Jamaicamon.

We do the all girls trip to with at least 4 of us twice a year. We are going in October and staying in Ocho RIos at the Sunset Jamaica Grande. We usually stay in Negril too. In Negril, we stay all inclusive and also off the beaten path. The off the beaten path was defintiely cheaper. The last time we went, we rented a villa for 10 days for about $1200.00. (That was divided by 8 people ($150.00 per person for the villa) the airfare was about $350 and the ride to/from the airport was about $40.00. When we got there we went downtown to Hi/Lo and bought a little bit of groceries. We packed non perishable things and brought them with us. Also in Hi/Lo we bought bottles of liquor and cases of Red Stripe and Guiness and kept them in the fridge. We all split the cost of the groceries and drink. Each person spent less then $800.00 for the 10 day trip and we were able to use the resorts facilities the same as everyone else who was on the All inclusive plan. if you want more info, email me at artwell36@yahoo.com

If its "adult" you are looking for.......then might i suggest Hedonism II. the name says it all

If hedonistic is not the kind of "adult" you meant then try sandals, ritz carlton or if u r price conscious try jamaica grand, or Golden Seas, or sea castles, or sand castles or.................go to the Jamaica tourist board website

You may consider staying at Sunset Jamaica Grand in Ocho Rios. The night life is good and the hotel is the best in ocho rios. Be sure to try foods such as: ackee and salt fish with breadfriut, Jerk chicken and Rice and pease.
You can visit Dunns River falls, Green grotto Cave to name a few

Just do not stay at the Gran BAhia. You know there are some fabulous villas you can take advantage of.

Depends on what amenities you want. Sandals Negril is very quaint and couples oriented. Sandals Montego Bay is great. I prefer Negril cliff area. Check out websites of Blue Cave Castle or Tensing Pen. Safe, private, cheaper than an all inclusive. You all will have a blast regardless of where you stay!
