Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. (the best beaches)
But if u want to go far away try Baby Beach...nice shallow beach, perfect for children and if u want calm waters.
Because its just a stop you can take a tour and they will take you to one of these beaches or you can ask them.
Enjoy.....I <3 ARUBA

Palm Beach or Eagle Beach are good choices.

Baby Beach if you have a toddler or timid swimmer. Calm and shallow water.

enjoy)

I've been to Aruba several times....before and after the Natalie Halloway issues. From all the islands I've been to, I've met the frendliest people and felt the safest at Aruba. With ANY stop, you need to use common sense and not put yourself in sketchy situations. (Believe me, the Natalie situation is horrible....I am not faulting her, at all. Using poor judgement and going off with strangers still does not give anyone the right to hurt her in any way.) It's a shame that one instance tarnishes an islands image. Pick a US city and you're bound to find disappearances, crime, etc. Aruba is no different.

With that being said - back to your question. Baby Beach is quiet and pretty. More activities are going on at Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. I'd probably say to rent a jeep and check out this island! It's awesome!!! Lots to see and do....very cool!

Yeah, I'd say baby beach is a neat place to just relax and float around. Palm and Eagle beaches can be crowded, but really, any of the beaches there are awesome.

Your cruise will feature extra tours at each stop, in Aruba, one will be a beach activity...Take one of those because you won't have too much time to look for ones on your own.

Personally, I would stay on the ship. Get yourself a nice massage at the spa that day with the money you would have spent in this port and enjoy a ship that is virtually empty as most of the passengers will be doing the tourist stuff. Aruba won't get a single dollar out of me, until that case regarding Natalie Holloway is solved. I think cruise ships should take it off the itinerary / cause this government some loss in port charges. When it starts feeling the financial pain in loss of money , perhaps the investigation will be solved ?

After what happened to Natalie Holliway, thats the last place I'd want to go.
