you can buy ciggarettes with no problem and you will probably be able to get alcohol, i have never been turned down and ive been there 6 times in the past like 5 years and im currently 18. but i have seen bartenders say no to a couple kids before and they looked to be around 12ish.

When i was in cuba about a year ago on the resorts you could drink at 16. As far as I know it's 19 out of the resort.
