if there are any , would some one please share them with me and if so , are they accessible from the u.s and are gringos legally (free) to use them ? or has big brother restricted taking raft rides to visit web sites also ? so far , the best up to date info and facts i find are on the msnbc news site under the americas headline . im also curious to know if cubaN americans have restrictions or problems e mailing family in cuba or have the feds set up special guidelines to regulate communication as well .( im sure there are those who think im a communist for wanting to educate myself better and because they cant deal with or are afraid of the truth , there going to cry to the violations committee again .) muchas gracias . Cuba restricts access to some websites - such as cubanet.
They haven't blocked therealcuba, though - perhaps they found it too funny when that site showed photos from Vietnam and pretended they were Cuba !
If you are looking for news, the BBC and Reuters have correspondents in Havana. The Miami Herald has a separate section on news from Cuba.
Most Cuban websites are in Spanish.
I have never heard of any general block on emails. Cuban sourced emails seem to get blocked by some anti-spam software.
