I loved the place, my uncle is from Port of Spain, I have only been once, for the carnival in .........1980. long time ago now, but I still have the most terrific memories, they never die!
I came home after 5 weeks there as fat as a bacon pig, loved the food everything about the place, my taste buds have never been the same since.
God I wish I could go back every year! dream on.......
I still say thanks to the Bowen Family out there, we had a wonderful stay, many of the family now are scattered all over the world, god bless them.
my "white" aunt is married to a Trinidadian, has been so for over 40 eays, my uncle now is in his 80's.......and still has life left him for another 80 years.....must be all the bake & shark!!! |

been going there ever since i was 1 coz my mum has her whole family over there! we stay with her sister in trinidad and go to tobago and stay in the kariwack the nicest hotel. i think if u go to tobago defo go to stoneheven bay best place for body bording. LOVE IT THERE!!!!! |

Whether you go at carnival time or not, to Port of Spain, south, east or to Tobago it depends on your likes. beach? Grand Rivere, Castara. Clubs? Coco Lounge, Zen, Attic. Go meet some girls. Eat Roti. Drink yuh a Guinness boi at Smokey and Bunty's at 4am. Wha de backside wrong wid yuh? |

trinidad is the best. i lived out there for 4 years and went to secondary school. i was gutted to come back to england. i'm going out there for two weeks on in two days, i'm over excited. i can't wait to bathe in the rain and have myself a nice full roti. mmmm |
