Daytime...
Hike the underground caverns, see the gold mines, go on a 4 wheeler excursion, snorkel Baby's beach, shop Oranjestaad, go on a boat cruise to dePalm Island, wind surf to name a few.

Evenings...
Casino's, dance clubs, Carlos N' Charlie's (despite what happened to Natalie it really is safe and fun just don't be stupid), party boat "the Tattoo"...

I think I forgot to say rent a Harley or a scooter...lots to do the beaches are beautiful and plenty of time to relax.

there is a lovely beach, casinos and a desert. it is a nice place, but I've been to better islands.

You could not pick a cleaner, friendlier, safer or exciting island. The beaches are clean, water is safe to drink. They have a very high standard of living and very few crimes (14 deaths (crime) the year I was there 2005, 11 of them were car accidents. I see two people mention the Natalee Halloway incident and we were there the first week she was gone and stayed in the room just down the hall from her mom, it was a sad week. But to be honest as much as no one deserved to have happen what Natalee did, you do not put yourself in harms way either.

Several of my cousins go every year, so Ide say they love it there. Its got a lot of things to do, beach, great hotels, outdoor cafes, and much night life , clubs, shows , gambling casinos......Alittle of everything. Have fun! bettyk

You can hike in Arokak National park, cover's one fifth of the island, see the ruins of old Dutch settlements, and see an abandoned gold mine =)

Power shop in the capitol , Oranjestad, and surfing is very popular!!

Have fun

=)

There isn't that much to do in Aruba - there's the hike in the park, casinos at night, beaches during the day and that's about it. There's one thing though that I cannot forget about Aruba and that's Toni Roma's Ribs - the best ribs I've even had in my life thus far. But that's about it - after 2 days you'll be bored stiff. If you want to get away and just relax though, then that's the place.

If you want to get away, relax and still have the options of lots to do then visit Antigua - 365 lovely beaches and very active day and night time activities. http://www.antiguanice.com

Aruba - that's where the young girl from the south disappeared!!!

Try Tortola in Britsh Virgin Islands

Remember please that this is one of the two "desert" islands and it is a great place for windsurfers, because the wind will blow you faster than a cruise ship. The other desert like island is Cuacao.
Out of all the beautiful lesser Antilles islands, can't you chose another one?????

Aruba is a dump, even though it's not in the Carribean per se, I suggest you go to Bermuda instead.
