yes I heard it this morning on my way to work on RED 97fm. The local newspapers also have a copy of the song - she is mentioned in the last verse. It sounds sincere though, and he is right in the song! This is nice however. I heard part of it, i dont think that Akon wrote that song specifically for danah however it was a way to get people of his back, say yuh sorry and dey go feel that you really repentant.

Unfortunately, i dont see why he had to apologise to she, is not like she wasnt enjoying herself! and its not like its the first time that he had a performance like that. its just that we made a big stink about it because she underage and is a pastor daughter

but guess what, if she father had simply let her deal with the whole mess instead of trying to say it wasnt her fault, all this woulda get blown over long long time. Ohhh, she young and all that bull, she wasnt too young to leave your house in the middle of the week, go clubbing in clothes that even people older than she was wont get caught dead in. but she young now cause people finally find out what she doing?

and further more, which one ah allyuh at 14/15 coulda leave your parents house and ent come back until bout 3/4 in the morning and ent get your cut@ss coming and going?

if he ent teaching he chile the right way, what d hell he expect she to do? and you know what is d bad thing about this, as the head of his church, he going to expect his congregation children to follow the laws in the bible. But how are you going to tell me what my children should and shouldnt do and you cant even control yours?

I haven't heard the song yet...but i just read the above verse....I think that when you are underage you should not go into clubs....and on top of that get on stage with entertainers......I also think that if this were the average "underage" girl that did not have a high profile family .......a big deal would not have been made about this....
As a parent i would not be pleased with the situation....but at the same time...I would have to take responsibility about MY child being out after hours in a club......

However, Akon really needs to make an apology for throwing that kid off the stage.....that is serious....

Well apparently her brother commented about the song before even listening to it properly, he apologised to Danah, but said Club Zen should have managed better and kept the under "21s" out (maybe we should tell him it's 18 and over in T&T) and said her father should not have let her out that young.

He was being sacarstic by apologising to Zen and pastor Alleyne, and truth be told I don't give him wrong.
