allnat, girl, no matter what going on or not going on in your life, we Trinis going to be talking about it. Its like a baptism by fire. and only after they have gossiped until they are blue int he face and realise that nothing not coming from it will they stop....stop talking about you that is....any hows. you know the posse always here for you. Take EVERYTHING you hear with a grain of salt, and try your best to not let them get you down too much. there is really no stopping it.

Girl! Just keep your head down. Try not to get involved in all the old talk. I can't stand gossip, and my mantra is usually "i doh want to hear I doh want to hear"..but people will still talk. So the bes you could do is keep your mouth shut, so nobody could say you said it!

Girl i went thru dat same kinda strss a couple years back. and all i did was ignore it cuz ah know what de truth is. Yeah it dos hurt but ignore it, it will only make u stronger.
and cut dem outta ur life and thoughts
doh study it cuz if dey hadda spend time outta their life to gossip and talk bout u, thn yuh important
