I have actually been to Hedonism II and III and neither are discusting. Both resorts offer an uninhibited atmosphere and have nude and prude sides to them. The swinging orgies, etc only occur at the resort during certain times of the year when lifestyle groups are in house. And to dine and for evening entertainment everyone is required to wear clothing. The best thing about the resort, is simply no one cares what others are doing, what they look like, or where they come from it's all a good time. You can visit www.hedonism1.com to see if there is a swingers group in town. My husband and I always try to avoid those crowds as well...

I used to hear stories long ago. But i have been to hedo 3 and it was perfectly fine. Just naked people walking up and down. Nobody doing anything inappropriate. I was expecting to see excessive pda but no more than normal.

Perhaps it was the time of year i went. but it was perfectly normal(apart from the naked and scantily clad people.)

So give it a try. I doubt you will be disappointed. well maybe the food will disapoint you. :)

If you want to go to a normal resort go but you know what Hedomism is about... if you were not interested why bother ask about it... apparently its not ur style.

The others are correct in that the resorts' reputations are wilder than what truly happens. However, if you want it to happen then things certainly can. A couple of suggestions: first go to DennyP.com and look at the message board. It is a site dedicated to the Hedo resorts. Second, if you think the resorts might be more than you had in mind then consider Breezes Runaway Bay. It is owned by the same group as Hedo, is a "no children" resort, is located about a mile from Hedo III, and you have complimentary day or night passes to Hedo III. Breezes won't be anywhere as wild as Hedo but after a free visit you might decide you can handle it and request to be moved. Or you can go during the day (milder) or night (wilder) and still have a great trip. Whatever you choose have a great trip!

Go! We have been to Hedo II eight times and it is the best party in the world. Everyone is very respectful of others. We have seen partners having fun before, but never a swapping orgy. Just don't go during a lifestyle week.

lol. I had a radio broadcast at Hedonism II some years ago, and I had trouble keeping a straight face. There was this HUGE couple parading in a nude conga line. The man's stomach was so big that it covered his little thing... so I guess that was pretty pg 13. lol.
Next time, you should probably try these all inclusive resorts (there are several hotels in all of these brands, and each of them is distinctive) :
Sandals. Breezes. Beaches. Grand Lido. Beaches is very nice, and a couple of them have nude beaches for the less inhibited, but even those are not totally wild.

I have also been to Hedonism II and many folks exaggerate about what they think happens there.

I was there with an old girlfriend when the swinger organization "Lifestyles" was there. That is when most of the resort turns into an X rated movie. Other than that, it is harmless. You can involve yourself in as much, or as little, as you like. My girlfriend said that she actually felt more comfortable on the nude side than the "prude" side of the resort. Her reason was that there were not packs of single guys leering at her over there.

Most of the guests are free spirited but don't let that scare you off; we had a blast!

Don't believe everything you read. I've been to hedo many times. Just avoid the weeks that are booked by swingers conventions (Usually the month of January and beginning of Feb).

I think it is exactly what you are looking for. There are NOT orgies the whole time.

Book a room on the nude side, not the prude side. That's where all the great social activity is and where most of the couples are. You should not experience any hardcore pressure or wild orgies. Just a bit of sensual erotic freedom and maybe a touch of light-hearted naughtiness in the giant jacuzzi.
