Hi Jean, don't worry, you can buy plugs at the airport in this country (WH Smiths are quite good). Just tell them where you are going and they will refer to their charts and sell you the right plug adaptor (I assume that's what you mean).

Also, if you are staying in a hotel in Cuba, the front desk will normally lend you an adaptor.

This site http://www.kropla.com/electric.htm seems to be accurate for the countries I have visited. I have not visited Cuba.

Nip to Tesco or Asda and get a worldwide universal plug to take with you to Cuba, if you can't get one there go to PC World, there about £12.50, have a fantastic time, Cuba is an amazing place.

You don't say what you want this for, nor where you are staying - both important items of information.

The adaptors sold at the airports are often the multi-type which cover every option. Therefore you are buying something where 66% will not be needed.

Have a look at:

also there are a couple of other related threads next door to that.

Sorry, there's no easy answer for Cuba. They are gradually changing from 110 volts with US sockets to 220 volts with European sockets. You may come across the older US type with 2 flat pins, the French type with 2 round pins and a back to front pin for earth, the German type with 2 round pins and a clip for earth or the Italian type with 3 round pins.
If you're staying at a hotel, I suggest you email them and ask.

It depends on your resort. Some are on 110 others 220 and others a combination of both. To be safe carry an adapter kit available at any electonics store.
