We liked the royal decameron Mobay. decent 3 star in a great location you can walk to margaritaville and theres tons of shops along the way. The water is krystal clear and the snorkeling is great right in front of the resort. All but a few room face the ocean with balconies. The food was good too. Great french fries and red stripe. Its also really cheap in September right now its 1000. for 2 weeks all inclusive with air. We are going back in September but we might stay one week at country country. The place looks so cute there little cottages but its not all inclusive. you can read reviews at this site they link you to trip advisor and put there favorite resorts on there sight. http://redhotescapes.com/ We also took a day trip to Ricks cafe which was neat to see the cliff divers and the sunset. We havnt seen a hurricane yet. |

beach, nitelife, food, people, mucho sites to see, laid back atmosphere, no tall buildings, watersports and did i mention beaches........negril....as far as where to stay, all that depends on your budget and and adventurism.... all-inclusive or up the west end for some adventure. |

my hubby and i went to the royal decameron/club carribean in Runaway Bay (we got married there) great individual wee cabanas right on the beach. they have their own website. check it out. |

I stayed in Ocho Rios for a week long vacation last month... while my resort SUCKED!!!! I heard VERY good things about RIU....just stay away from Sunset Grande. |

I just booked Royal decameron through redhotescapes my second time at the resort its 2 minutes from the airport and close to margaritaville and shops its a smaller place with 120 rooms or so and its very reasonably priced |
