Honeymoon advice??

I'm planning a honeymoon probably for next summer. We are kind of on a budget so we can't travel to Europe or Asia. I'm thinking somewhere in Mexico, Bahamas, Aruba, Virgin Islands, etc... anything tropical! I love to lay on the beach, but only for one or two days, so there would need to be plenty of other activities such as snorkeling, parasailing, horseback riding, restaurants, bars, etc. Also, somewhere with no hurricanes and good weather in June/July. Any reccommendations?

You will find plenty of activities in Aruba. Golf, horseback riding, boats, fishing, snorkeling, skuba, parasailing, the list goes on. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and we had the best time! We stayed at La Cabana and loved it! At most places you have a choice of going all inclusive. We had a room with a small kitchen so we were able to do some cooking and storing leftovers. If you decide not to do all inclusive, stay away from places you could eat at home. There are too many really good unique places that you can't get at home!
Where ever you decide to go, have a great time! (but I highly suggese Aruba)

Hello check out www.tripadvisor.com this site will have tons of pitcures and reviews from people who have visited the resorts from all over the place, also check out www.travelocity.com. my self i like the couples only resorts like Sandals it cost a little more but well worth it, they pamper you from the time you arrive to the time you leave. we went to Sandals Dunns River Resort twice and can't stop talking about it, also try www.Sandals.com

My husband and I went to Aruba and it was just beautiful - the most beautiful beaches I've seen! I've also been to the Cayman Islands and they are also nice with lots of snorkeling and water activities.

As a rule: anything warm that starts with a B and you are safe.

Instead of just you planning the honeymoon, why don't you get the other half involved. Two heads are always better.

My daughter got married in Jamaica, it was at a popular resort, I don't know if I would suggest that area, as long as we stayed at the resort we were fine, only a few of the younger crowd ventured in to town, I must say it is not suggested that you do that. I have seen some lovely places in Florida, and you might even get out of season rates, because that is a down time.
I just went to see a resort down below Orlando, Florida, called Ron Jon Surf Resort, it is in Cocoa Beach, look at their web site.
You may be able to save money and have a better time and this place just opened not long ago, so everything is new.
Word of caution, some places, if you mention honeymoon, the prices go up a little, because they try to put a package together for you, where if you plan it yourself it comes out cheaper, just something to think about, but do look up the resort listed below
