Well technically she wasn't a virgin after that as she did go on to have other children. They didn't really have surgery in those days so I don't think that a C-section was possible as she most likely would have ended up dying. Jesus calls GOD/Jehovah his father when he prays. No, Mary is his only mother. Unless you are referring to the Bride of Christ which is the Christian Church.

It was through the Holy Ghost. Not all virgins can do that only that one. As far as I know he was not born by cesarean section because I can't remember a surgeon being there. He does not have another mother but he shed his blood for us on the cross that we might have life and have it more abundantly.
