you would need to use Jamaican postage. I have been to Jamaica multiple times and have never found a post office but I'm sure if you stay at a resort they can take care of it for you

In Jamaica you'd need to use Jamaican postage. They probably have it at the main desk at your resort. Just don't go wandering around looking for a post office.

Jamaican stamps. You can ask at the airport or ask someone to buy you some at the post office.
