How far from cruise ship dock in Nassau to Senor Frog's? |
We are cruising to the Bahamas and want to go to Senor Frog's in Nassau. Can you walk the distance from the cruise ship dock or do you need to take a taxi? Approximately how far is it from where the cruise ships dock to Senor Frog's? |

Senor Frogs's is relatively close to downtown, but not in "the heart" of the downtown/tourism area. It's west on Bay St, righlt along the water's edge. You could walk there if you don't mind walking, but it could be hot. I wouldn't take a taxi, cost to much. It will probably be a 10 minute walk from the dock. |

We were just there in March and we walked from the pier to Senor Frogs. That place was jumpin that day. It is right beside the straw market. |

a taxi nor a bus is necessary, its like a 10min walk from the dock. once you get off the ship from where the dock is find a map they are free. out the gate there is a scotia bank ask someone of find it. its easy to find. walk until see you another scotia back take a left and its there thats senor frogs. if the directions are bad you can just ask someone on the street if they know where it is but its in walking distance from the dock. |

i just got back from the bahamas!! my advice is sunscreen! anyway, we didn't take a ship, we flew in, but it looked like the dock isn't far at all... everything in downtown nassau is pretty much right there, just a few blocks radius. its really very easy to get around. i think senor frogs is near the straw market which you'll see from where you get off of your boat. transportation was also easy, the bus is $1 and you can use US or Bahamian dollars. avoid the taxis if you can, many taxi drivers will over charge you a lot! i don't think you'll even need it though.
also, senor frogs may have shuttles to and from, although its so close they may not. i know they offered it from the hotel i stayed at on paradise island.
