Excellent! Palm Beach is rated one of the best beaches in the world. Warm, clear waters. Great snorkeling. Trade winds that keep you refreshed in hot weather. Has the least amount of rain of any Carribean country. But food is pricey. Accomodations are moderately priced, everything from cheap to expensive so you'll be able to find something in your price range. The island is small enough to see in a day, which is all you really need when you plan a beach getaway. Its call to fame is Palm Beach, and the Natural Bridge (a natural wonder of the world), which unfortunately collapsed a couple of years ago, but there are still two more less known bridges in the country. People speak english and use american dollars so you won't have any language barriers or money exchanges to worry about. The only downfall is I hear it gets pretty busy during the "high-season" which runs mid-December to May. Lots of cruise ships unload passengers on to the island so the beaches can get crowded. Google Earth it! |

Wonderful, when you get there it will be really hot and windy, but you will get used to it after a day or two. It is a beautiful island, the locals are very nice, speak great english. The language is papamiento, and it is very close to spanish, mixed with another language. THe Hyatt is a great hotel there, one of the nicest on the high rises. there isn't all that much to do. Orangestad is the main town, and you would need to take a car, bus or taxi to see it. There is shopping there and restaurants. I would recommend this island to anyone. Such a great place, and I can't wait to go back. I have been there three times, only once since i turned 18, and that was the best time since i was able to go into the casinos. |

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Best beaches, best restaurants (Marina Pirata, El Gaucho, Costa Ariba, Joey's, Bella Luna, et cetera). I would recommend you not to just stick to the beach behind your hotel (although you'll have your cabana reserved there, of course), but to explore the entire beach strip. If you just walk two hotels further, it's like you're plunging in a totally different sea. I love Aruba! |

Yes it is. I love beaches and Aruba has some of the best beaches I've seen. There is plenty to do and the people there are very cool. I highly recommend it. |
